Who Am I?
My name is John Graham, my wife Ann-Marie and I have been selling real estate in California for over 25 years. Did we become an overnight success and that is why we are training/coaching agents to become successful? The answer to that is a very big NO! We actually were part of the 88% and that is why we want to help Real Estate agents from all over the United States and beyond succeed! We were there, struggling everyday with no direction, we were just about to quit, even our office manager thought we should quit, basically put us out of our misery. Then something happened, something we did not anticipate. We had a conversation with the broker/owner of the company we were with, we stopped by his office to say thank you for letting us be part of your office over the last few years as we decided to leave the real estate industry. He was a bit shocked and asked why? We said we were just beaten up, everyday we pushed forward only to get snapped back like a rubber band further back than where we started. He said, could you give it one more chance, three months is all I ask and I will waive any office dues, and I will help you turn the tables.
